Bhutan Bird Quest is not responsible or liable for any acts of Mother Nature. We will make every effort to exceed your trip expectations. However we are not responsible for any changes in format or cancellation due to weather and unforeseeable circumstances. Should you wish to make last minute adjustments to your itinerary while in Bhutan, supplement charges may apply.

Trip Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any tour for which there are insufficient reservations 60 days prior to the departure date. We are not responsible or liable for any inconveniences or financial setbacks caused due to the cancellation of the trip. Please ensure that you have insured your plane tickets in case of a cancellation.

Insurance
Before traveling to Bhutan, we strongly recommend that you, your family and dependents have personal insurance and health insurance with appropriate coverage, in the unlikely event that anything occur while traveling in Bhutan. This insurance should cover loss of property and/or accident, injury or death.

Risks
Our trips entail risks, as it is impossible to take the adventure out of adventure travel. This said, we put the safety of our guests first; it is our commitment not to jeopardize the health and safety of our guests.

A partnership is required to mitigate the risks and to keep risks at arms length; the partnership is formed between you (our guest), our staff, our guides and our drivers.

What Is Included
Bhutan is a developing country and, therefore, amenities and infrastructure are relatively basic and are in the developmental stage. In Bhutan, only a handful of hotels meet international standards - 4 star or 5 star hotel ratings. Our trips will incorporate luxury accommodation, upon your request.

All our tours are full service and all our tour prices include breakfast, lunch and dinner, bottled water, tour materials, transportation, accommodation and the services of the guides and drivers. The tour includes all travels and destinations noted in the itinerary.

What Is Not Included
Gratuities, massage, alcoholic beverages including wine and specialty drinks are not included in the tour cost. The tour price does not include Druk Air ticket costs into Paro, Bhutan. However, upon additional payment at actuals, Bhutan Bird Quest will be happy to book flights into Bhutan with Druk Air and arrange to forward the tickets to you prior to your departure from home.

Every guest is responsible for their own travel insurance, passport costs, visas, immunizations, excess baggage charges, telephone charges, internet, laundry, room service and anything of a purely personal nature.
