Yeshey Dorji, the founder of Bhutan Bird Quest and an accomplished Bird Photographer will soon release his book titled “Bhutan Birds” in the early part of 2008. The book will feature full page photographs of over 130 birds found in Bhutan.  His obsession as a photographer has taken him to the most remote parts of the kingdom, to admire and to photograph the most elusive birds.  Over the years, he has gained unparallel understanding and knowledge of the birds found in Bhutan, their habitat and where to locate them throughout the year.  His enthusiasm as a birder has led him to start Bhutan Bird Quest to give others the chance to share his passion and enjoyment for the great variety of beautiful birds in Bhutan.  In addition, his book of photographs, “Bhutan Birds” will showcase the wonderful birds of Bhutan to the world.
